This deliverable outlines the strategic approach SEASTARS will follow to communicate its mission, engage stakeholders, and disseminate results throughout the project’s lifecycle. It defines target audiences, key messages, tools, and activities to ensure wide visibility and lasting impact. The plan includes the use of digital channels, events, co-creation workshops, and partnerships with maritime associations and EU-funded projects. It also introduces the project’s visual identity and sets the foundation for tracking outreach effectiveness through defined KPIs. This first version will be updated as the project evolves and more communication milestones are reached.
